How we check prices
Every number on this site comes from the supplier's or the marketplace's own pages. Here is where, and when we last looked.
The rules
- We price the same blank at every supplier that carries it, and the closest match where one doesn’t. A different blank is named in the list below.
- Supplier prices are what a US store pays, in US dollars, without paid plans or discounts. For clothing we take the lowest price among sizes S to XL.
- A supplier that doesn’t make a product, or gives no shipping price to a destination, shows as not available. We never fill the gap with an estimate.
- Printify prices are those of Printify Choice, where Printify picks the print provider. Choice has no UK or EU shipping rate, so orders there pay its Rest of the World rate.
- Gelato prices come from Gelato’s own API, on the free plan. Gelato prints near the buyer, so its base price is the one for the buyer’s country (Germany for the EU), and shipping is its cheapest standard rate. US rates include the carrier surcharge Gelato adds to each order.
- Shipping is the first item to the buyer’s country. The calculator assumes one item per order and free shipping for the buyer.
- Fees are those of a US-based seller unless the page says otherwise.
- A figure we haven’t read on its source is marked as a sample, and the site says so on every page that uses it.
- We recheck every figure once a month. Affiliate deals never change a number.
